Consulting Partner - Assessment Consulting
Patrick is Consulting Partner in Talent Collective, our firm’s consulting arm. He is currently responsible for the design and delivery of innovative, value-add assessment solutions across a wide portfolio of clients. He joined us in 2015 to support the delivery of our best in class assessments offerings, all of which are grounded in people science and provide in-depth candidate insights as well as great candidate experiences.
A chartered occupational psychologist, Patrick has experience with designing assessments across public and private sector clients, from Emerging Talent roles through to Senior Hires – and everything in between! He leads a team of business psychologists who deliver a breadth of assessment solutions, including organisation-wide assessment audits, exercise and interview design, end-to-end recruitment processes, talent mapping and development interventions, and executive assessment. He is particularly passionate about the work they do improving diversity and inclusivity throughout the assessment journey for our clients.
Prior to joining us, Patrick designed people development programmes and delivered career coaching services. Patrick has a loose intention of visiting most of the countries in the world that are warmer than Ireland, where he is from, and when not working has found the time to travel through central America, a swathe of Africa, and the Middle East.Go back to Our Talent
