Global Head of Emerging Talent Consulting
Jane Clark joined Alexander Mann Solutions in September of 2019, and is currently Global Head of Emerging Talent Consulting. Using her extensive global leadership experience in early careers resourcing and development, she is responsible for leading, defining and delivering Early Career resourcing programmes and solutions for a cross-industry selection of key accounts. In addition, she is tasked with developing best practice operating models across the spectrum of early talent strategies (school leaver, apprenticeship, intern and graduate talent programmes), as well as leading a team of over 170 campus recruiters with direct people management for senior leadership.
Her breadth of experience overt the past 20+ years ranges from overseeing complex outsourcing Graduate/Interns/Apprentices solutions and in-house Graduate programmes globally to designing leading Early Career recruitment strategies for multinational organizations. Jane’s client base and associated consulting projects span a number of sectors including Healthcare & Life Sciences, Engineering, Telecommunications, Transportation, IT, Investment & Retail Banking, as well as operating across 50+ countries including Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
Jane is a thought leader and collaborator and operates across a broad stakeholder base, building strong relationships and always striving for excellence. Naturally curious, resilient, and steadfast, she works well in challenging environments to deliver at pace without compromising quality. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and is currently studying part-time for a doctorate in HRM and organisational behaviour, focusing on graduate programmes and the future world of work.
