One of the world’s leading power systems companies needed to hire engineering candidates with particularly niche skills for roles ranging from entry-level to senior management. We provided several off-site sourcing specialists to support the client’s on-site team. They managed existing requisitions by screening and delivering shortlists, sourcing passive candidates and building talent pools. The result? All assessment centres were filled with candidates five months ahead of the company’s deadline.

For a pioneering business and consumer technology company, we were tasked with helping increase gender diversity of new hires, creating and managing talent pools, growing the number of applicants per role, and searching for very niche candidates in non-traditional markets. We provided talent sourcing experts to augment the client’s existing team—enabling them to consider approximately 4,000 profiles per month. We also helped raise the proportion of females hired from 25% to 40%.
