Our Bracknell Global Client Service Centre (GCSC) is home to over 200 of the most influential and knowledgeable experts in the industry. It’s a fast-paced and lively environment where everyone pulls together as a team with incredible results. In return, we give our people the freedom to work in a way that best suits their unique lifestyles. That means flexible working hours, a focus on quality service and an environment where we trust our people to deliver.

Bracknell was our first GCSC and has become an essential hub for the services we offer our clients. It’s a true Centre of Excellence, with a strong track record of delivering talent acquisition and management services to some of our longest-standing clients. Bracknell houses professionals in Contingent Workforce Solutions, Employer Brand and Candidate Experience, and specialist recruiters and sourcers.

At Alexander Mann Solutions we run numerous events and incentives to get our staff excited about the environment they work in. Our Global Citizenship week provides our staff with an opportunity to create long lasting relationships with our clients, employees and communities. From mentoring underrepresented groups, to recycling and reducing waste, to raising much needed funds for charities we support, Alexander Mann Solutions is truly committed to bringing the power of our people to the challenges impacting the environments we work in. As part of our commitment to Global Citizenship, each employee can take one day of paid leave every year to volunteer for a charitable cause they’re passionate about.

With a host of other benefits, including film nights, breakfast clubs, parties and table tennis competitions, there are plenty of opportunities to really get to know your new colleagues, as well as regular visits from nail technicians and massage therapists!

Right now, we’re looking for dedicated sourcing and recruitment professionals at all levels. Whichever role you choose, you’ll have all the support you need to develop your career in a way that’s right for you – whether you’re just starting out or you’ve years of agency or in-house expertise under your belt. That could mean becoming a dedicated specialist to progress in a specific area, or moving to new accounts and areas to take on new responsibilities.
