Additionally, many will openly tell other prospective employees about their negative experience, according to the latest Candidate Behaviour study from CareerBuilder.
Even with a continuous focus on improving your assessment processes and outcomes, taking the time to understand the full impact of your current processes and knowing where to focus your improvement efforts is a valuable initiative. And unless you’ve updated them recently, your assessment processes may not be up to the standards of your next generation of talent.
