Asking the tough question: Are you Innovating or “Non-Novating”?

48% of non-HR professionals think HR adds no, or even negative value in driving innovation, according to a study we conducted in collaboration with PageUp People of business and HR professionals.

Technology is always changing, and it continuously changes the way we recruit talent.
