Alexander Mann Solutions Launches New Global Client Service Centre in Shanghai

Expanded to help China and APAC clients attract, engage, and retain talent

After eight years of operations in China, in March 2017, we Alexander Mann Solutions launched our newly expanded Global Client Service Centre in Shanghai. The new GCSC is dedicated to Alexander Mann Solutions’ continuous efforts to help China and Asia Pacific-based clients attract, engage, and retain talent. Led by Pascal Henssen, Group Managing Director, Outsourcing, Caleb Baker, Managing Director, APAC & Emerging Markets, Tara Knobel, Director, Operations and Solution Design APAC and Emerging Markets and Linnet Kwok, China General Manager, the Alexander Mann Solutions Shanghai team hosted a grand opening ceremony to celebrate the expansion of its seventh GCSC, where clients and partners were invited to take part in this monumental moment.

One of the most vibrant commercial cities in the world, Shanghai has been Alexander Mann Solutions’ home since 2009. The new GCSC provides recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) services to clients in the Asia Pacific region. Alexander Mann Solutions also has offices in Hong Kong, the major financial hub of the region, to provide ancillary services. As the second largest GCSC in the Asia Pacific region, Alexander Mann Solutions professionals are able to leverage the most advanced direct sourcing techniques to help our clients to locate and engage talent.

Located in the ZRT Tower, the new GCSC can house more than 85 employees and has doubled its capacity to support larger client service teams to further enhance support to meet and manage the growing needs of clients in the China market.
