Alexander Mann Solutions, the world’s leading provider of talent acquisition and management services, announced today that it has enhanced its leadership team in the Asia Pacific and Middle East region with the following strategic appointments:

Caleb Baker, Managing Director, Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets

Caleb is a qualified Organisational Psychologist with more than a decade of industry experience in Asia, including direct working knowledge of the HR industry in Australia. His unique experience and understanding of multiple countries and cultures enable him to provide valuable insights to colleagues and clients. His experience specifically relates to Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Managed Service Provider (MSP), Payroll, Executive Search, Talent Management and Human Resource consulting. In his new role, Caleb is responsible for leading the teams in Asia Pacific and Emerging Markets to provide the best human resources solutions to clients. Caleb is based in Hong Kong.

 Victoria Murphy, Head of Implementation and Transformation, Asia Pacific

In her role, Victoria is based in Singapore and is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of Alexander Mann Solutions’ talent acquisition and management solutions for clients in Asia Pacific. With 18 years of global human resources and HR procurement experiences acquired in-house and externally within Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP), Victoria mitigates risks and drives efficiency by ensuring best practices and developing targeted relevant implementations that are aligned to the clients’ needs. Prior to Alexander Mann Solutions, she was Head of HR Vendor Management at Standard Chartered Bank.

Chance Wilson, Regional Director, Middle East and Africa

Chance is in charge of expanding Alexander Mann Solutions’ footprint in the Middle East and Africa. A veteran in the human resources solutions industry with hands-on experience in emerging and frontier markets, Chance has extensive knowledge across talent acquisition and talent management programs. Prior to Alexander Mann Solutions, Chance was Interim Director of Talent & Development at Abdul Latif Jameel and Managing Director of Saudi Arabia at Hay Group.

The appointments add to an increasing presence in Australia, with the company’s Pacific Head Office located in Melbourne and an office also operating in Sydney. A growing list of high profile clients in Australia includes companies such as DeutscheBank and Origin Energy.
