We reviewed over 300 agencies across the world to consolidate Avery Dennison's recruitment spend while also enhancing their professional relationship with external suppliers. This turned a brave dream of a single global preferred supplier list (PSL) framework into reality for our client.

The Solution

Our first step was to review over 300 agencies and produce a consolidated preferred supplier list (PSL) covering EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

We recognised that improving external relationships with Avery Dennison's key recruitment partners was paramount to the process. So we ensured that the acts of reviewing and assigning new contracts, scopes of service, SLAs and KPIs were conducted warmly and professionally.

This process transformation met our client's need for a high quality service with minimal impact on their team’s time.

- Fully ratified roster of loyal agencies, operating globally and on equal terms

- Consistent and cost controlled solution to eliminate rogue rates and ensure value

- Annual spend reduced

- In the first year we successfully redeployed approximately 530 employees saving the client approximately £15million

- In 2013 we redeployed 31 and in 2014 we have successfully redeployed 353 employees.
