Gemma Lines, Talent Strategist
A communications professional by background, now in HR, Gemma is passionate about Leadership, Inclusion, Learning, Recruitment and all things Talent.
Most recently, Gemma was responsible for EMEA recruitment at Citi - hiring around 9,500 people a year across 50+ countries with a focus on diversity and inclusion, candidate experience and efficiency. Gemma was also responsible for driving numerous talent, employee engagement and change projects for the firm in EMEA and globally. Gemma holds a degree in languages from Oxford University, an MSc in International HR Management from Cranfield School of Management and is currently undertaking a coaching course with the NeuroLeadership Institute.
Brendan Clooney, Global Technology Owner, Recruitment & Onboarding at EY
Brendan is the Global HR Systems Portfolio Owner for Talent Acquisition (TA) and Innovation. Based in London, Brendan is custodian for the TA technology roadmap and focused on driving our digital agenda to drive opportunities which leverage disruptive technologies to transform both the user experience and increase value to EY’s business in a time of VUCA.
Erica Titchener, Global Head of Technology and Operations Consulting at Alexander Mann Solutions
Erica joined Alexander Mann Solutions in September 2006 working in Contingent Workforce Solutions before joining the technology team in 2007 where she’s delivered technology consulting solutions to clients for the past 9 years. Today, Erica leads Talent Collective’s team of experienced technology consultants around the world delivering projects covering a range of resourcing technologies. She has extensive experience in technology solution design, implementation, project management and for the past two years has delivered multi disciplined recruitment consulting programs to fortune 500 clients across multiple geographies, managing stakeholders at all levels.
Pag Miles, Global Head of Partnerships at Alexander Mann Solutions
Pag has been in the Human Capital technology arena for over 16 years, working on various projects across the whole employee lifecycle. Throughout Pag’s career he worked at IBM as the Worldwide Sales Leader for Watson Talent Analytics, travelling the globe helping organisations on their people analytics journey. After IBM Pag was the Human Capital technology lead at Deloitte, working with technologies that use artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing.
