Global Head of Client Services - Engineering & Technology
Previous to her current role, Tracy Hurst was the Global Head of Sourcing Operations. Tracy has worked with Alexander Mann Solutions since 2010 and together with her team is responsible for the operation that encompasses the talent attraction and engagement activities that support over 85 blue-chip clients world-wide. Three words colleagues have used to describe Tracy are: Dedicated; Approachable; Good Craic (Irish for Fun!).
Tracy qualified with an Honours Degree in Biochemical Sciences from the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland. She is a member of the CIPD and holds a Diploma in Management. Over the course of her 15 year career, Tracy has worked across the Healthcare, Medical Device and Investment Banking sectors in the UK, Ireland and across many countries in mainland Europe.
Tracy began her working life as a scientist, soon moving into scientific recruitment and she eventually led a UK-wide Contingent RPO contract with a Healthcare and Life Sciences company in England. Having relocated from England to Ireland in 2008, Tracy joined Alexander Mann Solutions in 2010 and took up an on-site leadership role in Ireland where she spent 18 months before moving to work in leadership positions for European solutions in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. In recent times, Tracy also led the early development and growth of our sixth Global Client Service Centre, which is based in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
