Sandrine has worked with Alexander Mann Solutions for eight years, and has been Global Head of Operations for Emerging Talent for three years. With a strong track record in change and programme management, she is responsible for leading, defining and delivering Early Career resourcing programmes and solutions for key UK and global accounts . Part of her role is also to develop best practice early talent operating models in strategic regions (school leaver, apprenticeship, intern and graduate talent programmes) and lead a team of over 160 campus recruiters with direct people management for small senior team. Her client projects span industries (Healthcare and Life Sciences, Engineering, Telecommunications, IT and Banking) and geographies (Europe, APAC, US). Tenacious, resilient, and a natural team leader, she works well in challenging environments to deliver at pace without compromising quality.
Having over 17 years of experience in the graduate recruitment sector gained in both an outsourced environment (Alexander Mann Solutions and Euro RSCG Riley) and in-house (GlaxoSmithKline), her experience has varied from overseeing complex outsourcing Graduate/Interns/Apprentices solutions and in-house Graduate programmes in EMEA and globally to designing leading Early Career recruitment strategies for multinational organizations. Sandrine is able to operate across a broad stakeholder base, building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others to achieve goals. Sandrine has a French/German Masters Degree in International Human Resources and Business Administration and is SHL Qualified (Levels A & B) Psychometric Testing.
Sandrine started her career for EMDS Consulting in Germany and USA, where she managed Graduate and MBA Recruitment Activities for several global technology and engineering companies.Go back to Our Talent
