Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Rosaleen is a passionate business leader, entrepreneur, wife and mother, and the CEO and founder of Alexander Mann Solutions. Rosaleen created the business in 1996 with an ambition to revolutionise and professionalise the way that blue-chip multinationals attract and retain the best talent, and to help the best people in the industry to reach their full potential.
Rosaleen founded Alexander Mann Solutions with a clear vision, and continues to be a pioneer in the global workforce solutions industry. She has led Alexander Mann Solutions through huge geographic and revenue growth, a management buyout, three private equity relationships and a global economic crisis to deliver on that vision.
Approaching its 20th anniversary, Alexander Mann Solutions continues to lead the market. It combines outsourcing and consulting expertise to help its clients to attract, engage and retain top talent. Alexander Mann Solutions employ nearly 3,000 people and operates in over 80 countries. In 2014, profits grew by 25% to £27.8m and was named fourth in the Sunday Times TopTrack 250 (which lists Britain's mid-market growth private companies with the biggest sales). In 2015, the company moved up into the Sunday Times TopTrack 100, reflecting its continued growth, and was listed 24th in their Profit Track 100 (the 100 private companies in the UK with the fastest-growing profits).
Rosaleen is recognised as an industry leader and entrepreneur, winning numerous awards including Veuve Clicquot Businesswoman of the Year and E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year.
Rosaleen is passionate about creating opportunities and helping people to make the most of them. She is committed to doing this both within Alexander Mann Solutions and externally through supporting charities and various governmental organisations including Everywoman, the Prince’s Trust and UNICEF.
Rosaleen was awarded a CBE - Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire as part of the 2017 New Year’s Honours. The full New Year Honours lists for 2017 recognises the achievements and service of extraordinary people across the United Kingdom. She joins globally acclaimed individuals, also experts in their fields including; Richard Micklethwait, Editor-in-Chief of the Economist; Margaret Jean Snowling, Professor of Psychology and President, St John's College, Oxford; as well as Astronaut Tim Peake, Cricketer Alastair Cook and Actor Benedict Cumberbatch.
