Head of Sales (Europe)
Beginning in 2015, Roger Clements is responsible for leading the Sales and Business Development function in Europe. In this role he engages with organisations seeking to optimise their talent acquisition and contingent workforce management functions. This role is a part of Alexander Mann Solutions growth function and involves collaborating with global team members across Sales Operations, Consulting, Innovation and Solution design teams. Three words that describe Roger: Passionate, Energetic, Trustworthy.Roger has worked in the HR Services, Talent Acquisition and Contingent Workforce Management sector for over 20 years. He is a certified Project Manager and holds a BSc Honours Degree in Business and Information Management Systems.
Prior to re-joining Alexander Mann Solutions in January 2015, Roger spent a couple of years with Alexander Mann Solutions in the early 2000s and also worked in a range of other roles. These included leading the professional service and talent acquisition function build for a large international mobile telecommunications and media organisation and leading the sales function for an FTSE 100 Business Process Outsourcing organisation, in addition to specialist consultancy assignments working with organisations and service providers seeking to innovate and improve the delivery of talent acquisition and contingent workforce management approaches.
