Michael Deane

Mike has been with Alexander Mann Solutions for over four years, and now leads the Global Future Talent Practice. He is responsible for partnering with organisations looking to develop and enhance their approaches to recruiting apprentices, interns, graduates and MBA programmes, through innovative and best practice solutions. Mike works closely with the RPO leadership teams to bring best in class recruitment delivery capability supported by industry leading advisory from the Alexander Mann Solutions Consulting practices to bring insight and innovation to the specialist Future Talent marketplace. Mike can be described as analytical, conscientious and jovial.

After studying French & Spanish at an undergraduate level at the University of Sheffield, Mike went on to graduate with a Master’s degree in Management from Durham University alongside full time employment. Since then, he has spent the last decade in the early in career industry supporting organisations across multiple sectors with their future talent programmes.

Mike started in recruitment on the graduate scheme at Reed, working in a number of specialist RPO and managed services roles. He joined Alexander Mann Solutions from an in-house role at HSBC, attracted to the distinctive identity and culture, as well as the opportunity to support a number of the world’s leading employers and to work alongside recognised industry thought leaders.
