Lisa Forrest

Lisa's latest role is Global Head of Client Services, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she is responsible for the EMEA and APAC BAML partnership covering lateral and campus hiring across 27 countries. Previous to this, Lisa was responsible for leading Alexander Mann Solutions’ own Talent Acquisition function, which attracts, engages, assesses, selects, and onboards all the talent Alexander Mann Solutions hires as well as mobilising the existing talent in the business.

During her time at Alexander Mann Solutions, Lisa has been Head of Client Services managing the Citi and Credit Suisse accounts among other roles, managing large teams in multiple geographies. She is energetic, passionate and driven to deliver Alexander Mann Solutions’ signature candidate experience to anyone she meets.

With 18 years experience within recruitment and in particular outsourcing, Lisa has a varied portfolio of experience running large scale accounts and budgets, delivering transformations, and positions of leadership. Having graduated with a Psychology degree, Lisa is trained and Level A&B accredited by PBS to deliver psychometric assessments.

Prior to joining Alexander Mann Solutions, Lisa spent 13 years at the Randstad group with the most recent 8 within recruitment process outsourcing at Randstad Sourceright where she was responsible for a portfolio of Investment Banking accounts.
