Head of Assessment Consulting
Kirstin is responsible for the design and delivery of a range of assessment solutions across all industries and levels of seniority, along with her team of experienced business psychologists. Over the last few years, Kirstin and this team have delivered organisation-wide assessment audits, improved candidate experiences by designing and implementing innovative end-to-end recruitment processes, delivered interview trainings, and conducted internal talent mapping and profiling projects. Apart from thriving in the fast-paced, dynamic nature of Alexander Mann Solutions’ Consulting division, Kirstin loves seeing her projects have a sustainable impact on talent and business outcomes. Kirstin also enjoys a good debate with her team, usually about the ins and outs of business psychology and on how to continuously improve the profession and the client experience.
Kirstin holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Münster, Germany (including one year at the University of Pretoria, South Africa), and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Birkbeck College). She joined Alexander Mann Solutions in March 2005.
Prior to leading the Assessment Consulting practice, she has held a number of operational recruitment roles in Alexander Mann Solutions, including the management of large global graduate campaigns.
