Lead Consulting Partner, Talent Strategy & Solutions EMEA
Having joined Alexander Mann Solutions in 2005, Kirstin held a number of operational recruitment roles in lateral hiring before moving on to manage UK and global end-to-end graduate and campus hiring campaigns on behalf of our clients. In 2013, she joined Talent Collective, a global consulting firm at Alexander Mann Solutions, leading and building the Assessment Consulting division, in which her team of experienced business psychologists was responsible for the design and delivery of a range of assessment solutions across all industries and levels of seniority.
Over the last few years, Kirstin and her team have delivered organisation-wide diagnostics, improved candidate experiences by designing and implementing innovative end-to-end recruitment processes, designed and delivered interview trainings, and conducted internal talent mapping and profiling projects. Most recently, she moved in the role of “Karen, please insert whatever title we are agreeing on”, supporting our clients in the design and delivery of talent acquisition and management solutions, and bringing together Talent Collective’s latest thinking and deep expertise in Brand & Attraction, Assessment, HR & Resourcing Technologies, Talent Acquisition Strategy and Resourcing Organisational Design.
Apart from thriving in the fast-paced, dynamic nature of the Talent Collective, Kirstin loves seeing her projects have a sustainable impact on talent and business outcomes. She enjoys being challenged, solving complex problems, and creating a positive and “success-enabling” work environment for everyone involved in a project.
She holds a Master in Psychology from the University of Münster, Germany, and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London (Birkbeck College). Currently contemplating to start an further qualification in Organisational Development.
