Jeff Owen

An experienced leader in Talent Acquisition and Management through 15 years of working for Alexander Mann Solutions, Jeff is currently Head of the Bracknell Global Client Services Centre where he is responsible for managing a number of sourcing and recruiting teams that support key CWS and RPO clients. Prior to this, he managed on site teams at both Vodafone and Zurich as a Head of Client Service, leading multi service solutions including permanent and contingent Hiring, Graduate Hiring, Executive Hiring, Assessment & Selection and Redeployment. Jeff’s strengths include his people leadership skills, having led teams ranging from 20 to 160 people strong to deliver against both client strategy as well as the companies strategy.

Jeff has spent his entire working career at Alexander Mann Solutions, after leaving University where he studied Sociology. In his first nine years with Alexander Mann Solutions, he focused on the contingent solutions where he was able to save several clients over £1m in contingent labour costs through a number of efficiency initiatives.
