Head of Global Client Service Centre (Cleveland)
Crystal Wittman is the Head of the Cleveland Global Client Service Centre (GCSC), responsible for nearly 100 employees within the Americas Sourcing, Administration, Training and Facilities teams. Crystal joined Alexander Mann Solutions in August of 2013 and since that time has helped build an outstanding team, guided recruiting and training strategies to attract and retain the best talent, and implemented best practices to continuously improve productivity and enhance services offered from the GCSC.
Crystal is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and has over 15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. She has specialised in managing RPO programs for project based and strategic hiring needs for generalist and niche roles. During a major acquisition at a prior role, Crystal launched an innovative concept for a team, which earned the 2010 Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE) National Winner for best employee retention program.
Prior to joining Alexander Mann Solutions, Crystal was VP of Talent Acquisition at PNC Financial Services, the fifth largest bank in the United States. She spent 10 years of her career with PNC overseeing several teams, including a Shared Services Recruiting team that focused on 4,000 hires a year, as well as a team that transformed and centralised a corporate wide Contingent Labor Programme. Crystal’s passion for building strategy and infrastructure in a growing region with great people really drew her to join the team.
