Being a responsible global corporate citizen is central to our culture - and firmly embedded in our values and the way we do business. We're accountable for our environment and our impact in the communities in which we operate. And we act responsibly in all our relationships with clients, employees and communities around the world.Global Citizenship is not just about giving money or ticking a box – doing good is central to what we do. From mentoring underrepresented groups, to recycling and reducing waste, to raising much needed funds for charities we support, Alexander Mann Solutions is truly committed to bringing the power of our people to the challenges impacting the environments we work in. As part of our commitment to Global Citizenship, each employee can take one day of paid leave every year to volunteer for a charitable cause they’re passionate about. And in 2007 we signed up as a participant in the United Nations (UN) Global Compact, a 9 year partnership that formalised our commitment to being a globally responsible organisation.
Today, we are transitioning our citizenship reporting activities to align with the ISO standards which the rest of our business adheres too.
